Baljit Singh Bahia, originally from Punjab, India, where he earned a BA in Mathematics and Economics, immigrated to the United States in 2004 and settled in Riverside, California.

Baljit founded Bahia Transport, a successful Trucking Business. Baljit’s strategic leadership and resilience have been key to his entrepreneurial success. Alongside his business achievements, he remains passionate about volleyball, actively participating in tournaments and fostering community connections. Baljit’s journey from Punjab to a successful business owners in the U.S. is the testament to his hardwork and embodies the American dream, inspiring future entrepreneurs.

Biography....

Baljit Singh Bahia was born and raised in Punjab, India. In 1990, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics, demonstrating an early commitment to education and discipline. During his time in India, he also developed a strong passion for volleyball. He participated in numerous competitions, winning the Zone Tournament and the District Championship, and representing his region at the State Tournament held in Talwara, Punjab.

In 1992, Baljit immigrated to the United States in search of greater opportunities. He began his journey with his first job at 7-Eleven, where he worked diligently while adjusting to life in a new country. Determined to build a stable future, he earned his Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) in 1993, which opened the door to new opportunities in the transportation industry.

He later worked driving a milk tanker, gaining valuable experience and insight into the trucking business. Through years of hard work and perseverance, Baljit achieved an important milestone in 2001 when he purchased his first truck. This accomplishment marked the beginning of his path as an entrepreneur.

In 2004, Baljit founded Bahia Transport, starting with three trucks and a clear vision for growth. Through determination, strong leadership, and dedication, he successfully built his own company, establishing himself as a respected business owner in the transportation industry.
