BIO 
                          Sarbjit  “Sarb” Johl grew up in Sutter County when his family first moved here from  India in 1966. He was only 13 years old.
                          He began  farming with his father in 1976, graduated from Yuba City High School and  attended Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
                          After  graduating from college in the mid-'80s, Johl returned to help with the family  peach growing operation.
              Johl was a  founding partner of the Sacramento Valley Walnut Growers LLC., a walnut  processing and marketing enterprise, and has served as chairman of that  organization since 2006.
                          Sarbjit served  as chairman of the Sacramento Growers Cooperative, a cling peach co-op from  1986-93 and has also served as a board member of the California Canning Peach  Association.
                          He's has  been a trustee of the Butte-Yuba-Sutter Water Quality Coalition for the past 12  years and is chairman of the Cling Peach Board.
                          Prabhjot  Johl-his wife, daughter-Kiran Black and son-in-law Cameron Black are helping in  the business and other two children are not involve in operation.
