Mission:


1. The Foundation bents on arranging free education in its schools to be set up in different places of India for the meritorious students of the poor and downtrodden sections of the community.According to the
   funds available,it will also pay scholarships for Higher studies in Technical, Medical sciences and Management courses to the meritorious students from the below poverty line by direct selection from the colleges and Universities or through the associate N.G.O.s working for the cause.
   
   
2. The Foundation directly or through its associate N.G.O.s undertake
   to manage dispensaries and hospitals or pay donations for meeting the medical expenses of poor children and women suffering from chronic and incurable diseases.Women and children are the backbone
   of the society.And thus the Foundation wants to strengthen the foundation of the society.
   
   
3. For fighting with hunger and poverty,the Foudation has decided in its programme to pay or arrange through its associate NGOs for midday meals in the schools and nutrients to the poor children and female patients in the hospitals managed by it or its associate NGOs.This will reduce the death percentage among the females and children suffering from hunger and starvation.
   
   
4. The Foundation's policy is to build and manage or may extend help through its associate NGOs for management of old and orphanage Homes and Care Centres to take care of the old and orphans of below poverty level and downtrodden sections abandoned by their family members and relations.
   
   
5. The Foundation has plan to supply to the deserving disabled and mentally retarded persons directly or through its associate NGOs orthopaedic appliances or any other instruments for their developments.It will also arrange vocational training and scholarships for their developments to make them suitable for employment or incubate them in setting up small businesses to make them self sustaining.For this purpose the Foundation is in touch with the incubating agencies and person
6. The Foundation according to the availability of fund will construct Homes and community centres for the shelter of the destitutes and Homeless of the below
   poverty line people to be recommended by its associate NGOs.Ownership accomodation will be constructed by the Foundation for low income group people at different places on no profit basis.Preference will be given to
   old and helpless people at the recommendation of the associate NGOs.Thus the Foundation will give service to the homeless for their shelters.
7. The Foundation will take lead against the trend of deforestations made on the plea of different projects
   and by unscrupulous wood traders to save the community from pollution and its consequent diseases.For this, its slogan is Pure Air and Healthy Environment for
   All. It will take the help of its volunteer or panel lawyers to fight out such cases.It will plant trees and maintain those in most polluted areas.The Foundation has set up its own nurseries in its owned land in Orissa for production of seedlinks etc.
8. The Foundation aims to work for serving in all natural disasters and calamities in India.By its Disaster Mitigation programme,it will assist individuals,families and communities victimised by natural disasters and unforseen tragedies and accidents.
9. The Foundation will hold seminars and Exhibitions and open meetings and advertisements to take its Missions and vision to the people nationally and
   inter- nationally.
10. Since the Foundation has large number of service objectives for the people in its mission and vision, it will enlist more than 100 Voluntary NGOs and charity organisation with at least one common objective or mission for working in
    grassroot level.This is in addition to the volunteers it will enlist from among the students and youth ,females and old for whose cause the Foundation has
    come into existence.

INTERNATIONAL AFFILIATION AND FUNDING: NRIcharity.org has accepted and accredited NAMITA MUKHERJEE MEMORIAL EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION as its Indian agency or counterpart.The Foundation has vouched not to establish any direct link with any InterNational Vokunary Charity Organisation or NGO or Fund Raiser but to work for its mission in India through the financial collections and donations,help etc. received from NRICHARITY.ORG which has undertaken to be its sole funding agency internationally
