Two NRIs Surinder Singh, 37, and Manjit Sohal, 31,
of Brampton charged by Peel police in connection with
a $5 million worth of marijuana from a van they stopped
on Airport Road near Queen Street East recently.
Police say there was about 272 kg of marijuana in
containers in the van stopped at 9 p.m. on Oct. 25.
Investigators with the Peel police Intelligence Bureau
say the pot was earmarked for export to the United
