Advance Peace gives lecture at Fresno State on gun violence: Two community leaders sparked conversations about how Fresno State students can help change the escalating gun violence in the Fresno community. Aaron Foster, one of the speakers, shared how he has been personally affected by gun violence. He and his family were the victims in two separate incidents that claimed the lives of his son and, a couple of years later, his daughter. These experiences are what helped motivate him to want to build a better community for everyone living in Fresno, according to Foster.......
Thought of sharing with you about my meeting with the Defense Minister Shri RAJNATH SINGH JI. He was in the BAY AREA and event was organized by the CONSUL GENERAL OF INDIA. I had a nice but brief conversion with the DEFENSE MINISTER. He gave a very nice talk about ' RISING INDIA '. Unfortunately there was no 'Q & A' Session. Regards.

This year, the event includes a small-scale in-person reception on Sat. April 30th, combined with a full-hour ABC 30 telecast program to be broadcast on Sun. May 1st. Last year, 32,000 people watched the broadcasts on ABC 30!....
Attacking the Man Who Inspired Martin Luther King:In a dismaying trend, memorials to the late Mahatma Gandhi across the country are coming under regular attack. The past few weeks have seen multiple statues vandalized in cities across the country. On February 05, 2022, his life-sized bronze statue located in New York City’s popular Union Square was defaced with black paint. This was followed in short order by an attack on February 8, 2022, on the statues of Gandhiji in both Chicago as well as San Francisco.......
