Dr. Sudarshan Kapoor, professor emeritus, Social Work and Piece Studies, recieved the MLK Community Service Award in grateful appreciation for 40 years of the service to the community. He is a founding member of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Unity Community in thr city of Fresno since 1984. The award was conferred by Chief Curt Flemming, Chief of Police, City of Klovis at the Annual Community Breakfast honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
