its early winter schedule offering meditation and yoga classes designed
for both beginning and advanced level students at the Vedic Temple
in Montclair. The 6 week meditation workshop teaches an in-depth
meditation technique, Nithya Dhyaan (Life Bliss Meditation) which
beautifully blends the timeless techniques from Patanjali Yoga Sutras
to Tantra from Shiva Himself. It will blissfully transform your

Life Bliss Meditation (LBM), cognized by Enlightened master, Paramahamsa
