Rancho Cucamonga is a Beautiful, Well-Planned and Clean City with numerous Hotels, the popular Ontario Mills Mall, and the Victoria Gardens, with several busy freeways, and the Ontario Airport all in the same vicinity is what fascinated Roger Husson, but he noticed that there was no 5 Star Indian Restaurant anywhere near. He always had to drive all the way to Beverly Hills to actually eat some authentic Indian food to give him some gratification or to appreciate food. He wanted to avail of this opportunity and make Rancho Cucamonga a town to remember, with his unique ideas about how a restaurant should be.
Roger Husson is a Dr. of Natural Medicine, a Bio Chemist, Herbelist, and a Nutritionist by trait. He has been in the business of manufacturing nutritional products “Easy Health Solutions”, for the past 22 years preserving and maintaining the nutritional factors of his products through self-freezing. He decided to incorporate this valuable background into his dream of opening a 5 Star Fine Dining Indian Restaurant in this beautiful neighborhood and have Jasmin his wife help him with the PR management.
On April 10, 2012 was the Grand Opening of “ROYALE” a dream come true for Roger and his family. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with ancient artifacts imported from India, stunning wall pieces, and a breathtaking water fall at the entrance. As you enter, you notice the mind blowing ambiance so perfectly structured and the fragrance of cleanliness to expanse around.
At the Grand Opening were present, Dennis Michael, the Mayor of Rancho Cucamonga, Sam Szagnolo, the City Councilman-Mayor Pro Tem, Mike Newcombe-Deputy of Police and Fireman Representative, and Pequanetta Warren, the Mayor of City of Fontana who not only enjoyed the food but were all fascinated to have a 5 Star Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga.

Royale Indian Cuisine is very proud to present their 5 Star Chef, Sanjay Kumar who has worked at famous fine dining restaurants like Taj Hotel in India, Zaika in London, Tantra in Beverly Hills and now at Royale in Rancho Cucamonga. You will notice the taste of authenticity, the unique blend of items on the menu, some trios, the awe inspiring presentation skills, along with the mouthwatering taste, and excellent customer service are things that capture your eyes. The utilization of the highest quality cholesterol free cooking oil, tiles on the floor to avoid any carpet molds and the cleanliness and organizational skills even in the Kitchen, with the grocery products preserved with an automated system which monitors the temperature to maintain the freshness of food at all times is beyond imagination.
The distinctive aspects of “Royale” are cleanliness, hygienic, affordable, healthy eating, Royal Ambiance, attraction to mixed cultures, convenience of freeways all around, and excellent customer service. You will no doubt be back over and over again. This is a must experience fine dining restaurant that will leave behind memories. This restaurant caters to all age groups and ethnical background. We spoke to some guests that were present who have enjoyed the restaurant thoroughly, and every item served, and the awesome service experienced and have already come several times to the restaurant.
