Effective 15 February 2007, Air India Express started
a new direct flights from Abu Dhabi to Mangalore on Thursdays
and Saturdays.
Abu Dhabi to Cochin are being enhanced with the
addition of two more flights operating on Fridays and Sundays
with departure from Abu Dhabi at 0250 and arrival in Cochin at
0925. Both these flights operate via Muscat.
Air India Express will be operating a total of
13 flights from Abu Dhabi to four Indian cities- Kochi, Kozhikode,
Thiruvananthapuram, and Mangalore. In addition a weekly frequency
is being operated from Al Ain to Calicut every Thursday.
The flight Boeing 737/800, Abu Dhabi-Muscat-Mangalore
landed at the Bajpe airport here at 10 p.m. on Thursday.
It took off Mangalore-Abu Dhabi-Muscat at 11.55 p.m. to reach
