In a heartwarming celebration of unity, wellness, and tradition, Heavenly
Palace, the world’s largest 5-star rated senior citizen home,
commemorated International Yoga Day with a special intergenerational yoga session.
Children from Heavenly Angels joined hands—quite literally—with the
esteemed senior residents of Heavenly Palace to participate in a
rejuvenating and soulful yoga practice. The event beautifully embodied
the essence of this year’s Yoga Day theme: “Yoga for Unity and Well-
being.”
Set against the serene and lush backdrop of the Heavenly Palace
gardens, the event witnessed a spirited display of harmony as young
and old practiced asanas together, shared laughter, and exchanged
positive energy. Guided by own yoga instructors, the session not only
focused on physical well-being but also fostered emotional bonding
between generations.
The events beautifully captured the essence of yoga — a journey that
transcends age, reconnecting us with our inner peace and divine self.
Witnessing our senior residents participate with Mrs. Gulati taking the
lead with such mindfulness and joy was a testament to the enduring
power of yoga to rejuvenate and uplift at every stage of life.
This day was not just a celebration, but a reflection of our commitment to
nurturing holistic well-being, where physical health, mental clarity, and
spiritual depth come together in harmony.
May we continue to walk this path of wellness and grac
united through the timeless wisdom of yoga and under the continuous
guidance of Honourable Chairman Shri. Anil Monga ji
