OVER 30 builders from
major Indian cities are participating in a two-day
property fair that opened at the City Center yesterday.
Organised by ICICI, IndiaÕs second largest
bank, the ICICI Bank Home Bazaar is aimed
at providing end-to-end solution to its customers
for home search, buying and financing under one roof.
ICICI Bank has an alliance with Commercialbank and
offers NRI services under the NRI Direct brand.
The fair was jointly opened by Bassem Makram, head
of Non-resident Sales and Marketing Department, Commercialbank
and Rajinder Bhagat, head of chancery at the Indian
mission.
The show is open from 9am-1pm and 4pm-10pm today.

ICICI Bank, Indias second largest bank, is
organising a two-day property fair for Non-Resident
Indians (NRIs) from today.
Builders from major Indian cities such as Mumbai,
Delhi, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Kochi, Thrissur
and Agra will take part in the ICICI Bank Home
Bazaar at the City Center.
They include K Raheja Corporation, Agarwal Group,
Sheth Developers (Mumbai), Puruvankara Projects, Mantri
Developers, Shobha Developers (Bangalore) Purvanchal,
Omaxe Construction Ltd & Vatika Group (Delhi),
Hilite Builders, Maya Realtors and Mather Projects
(Kerala).
An ICICI release said the bazaar was part of the
banks effort to provide end-to-end solution
to its customers for home search, buying and financing
under one roof.
ICICI Banks Home Bazaar will be open from 4pm-10pm
today and 9am-1pm and 4pm-10pm tomorrow.
The event will provide NRIs with a choice of
properties in India without the hassle of spending
their valuable time in search for their ideal home,
said Bassem M K Hanna, head of NRI Direct, Commercialbank.
ICICI Bank has an alliance with Commercialbank and
offers NRI Services under the NRI Direct brand.
ICICI Bank is the largest provider of home loans
in India. The bank offers India Home Loans
to NRIs and persons of Indian origin for Rs500,000
and upwards at attractive interest rates
on monthly reducing basis for tenures up to 15 years.
