NRIpress.in .... is  an officially registered domain name under NRIpress US Corporation. “NRIpress.in”  will be run as Punjab Tribune Model for local NRI News, Live Political Debates and Professional Awareness Topics on NRIpress.TV.

NRIpress.in will be continued as a division of  NRIpress Corporation of  USA until Dec. 31, 2023. NRIpress.in may be considered independent Corporation or Non Profit US Corporation. All decision shall be made by Board of directors of US Corporation any time.

NRIpress.in operation will be run by 9-11 Board Directors from US/Canada/ UK/ NZ /ME / AND 7 Board members from India.

• For Punjab Model, 2023-2024, Mr. J.J.Singh will appoint 7 board members (one from each city as shown in the chart) to run punjab model for 2023-2024.

• Each board member will appoint 5 members committee for 2023-2024 (fron North/ South/ East/ WEST). Mr. J.J.Singh will make final approval to add NRI Business Directory best people
• We all serve as Co-Founder, Community servant, with 100% true media support and Langar of Education with reasonable incentive that company shall provide in front. Incentive will grow as company grow

• Nonqualified stock options are equity compensation as a way to offer ownership in the company, which encourages the Advisors /officers /Consultants/IT professionals-services or development to make beneficial decisions on behalf of the company and to make it profitable……

• Qualified stock options who paid cash for one share

STOCK OPTION AGREEMENT

This Stock Option Agreement is only valid if NRIpress.in becomes independent corporation as described below chart. You will stay co-founder and revenue from sponsors if NRIpress.in kept as division of NRIpress.com corporation California.

This Stock Option Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of  Aug 01, 2023, by and between NRIpress.in, division of NRIpress.com Corporation, a California corporation (the “Company”),  and J.J.Singh__________ , State, India, (the “Optionee”) pursuant to the Company’s 2009 Stock Incentive Plan (the “Plan”). 

Grant of Option. 

The Company hereby grants to Optionee an option (the “Option”) to purchase all or any portion of a total of  One Hundred Thousands  (100,000) shares (the “Shares”) of the Common Stock of the Company at a purchase price of $0.50 per share (the “Exercise Price”), subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and the provisions of the Plan. ( Note: You may get exemptionof payment if you acheive special company target contract)

If the box marked “Incentive” above is checked, then this Option is intended to qualify as an “incentive stock option” as defined in Section 422 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”).  If this Option fails in whole or in part to qualify as an incentive stock option, or if the box marked “Nonqualified” is checked, then this Option shall to that extent constitute a nonqualified stock option.

California Corporate Securities Law.

The sale of the shares that are the subject of this Agreement has not been qualified with the Commissioner of Corporations of the State of California and the issuance of such shares or the payment or receipt of any part of the consideration therefor prior to such qualification is unlawful, unless the sale of such shares is exempt from such qualification by Section 25100, 25102 or 25105 of the California Corporate Securities Law of 1968, as amended.  The rights of all parties to this Agreement are expressly conditioned upon such qualification being obtained, unless the sale is so exempt.

And all information regarding clients, relationship arising out of any correspondence being considered by the parties hereto

YOU shall be a shareholder of NRIpress.in,  like other shareholders on the base of exchange services. If any reason, you are unable to perform duties, NRIpress.in has the right to get services from third party but earned shares shall be provided to you in good faith. NRIpress.in shall not responsible for any liability except providing earned shares

 
Our website have a great place to collect information – from transactions and payments to purchasing and browsing history, newsletter signups, online enquiries and customer requests. This data must be protected.   We took full responsibility in hosting area, security of passwords, data security  and news control in US office for the benefit of all shareholders  and network team.

A written agreement is one of the most important communication tools for both Parties. In California, there must be a written contract for all Projects

If any reason, services were not performed in time, NRIpress.com Inc.’s management have the rights to provide the contract to the third party. Both Parties have the right to provide one month notice  and there will be no liability...
