Gary Singh Grewal of NRI Media  network talks about why NRI Entrepreneurs committed more than $75000  by sponsoring News of NRIpress.com Inc.’s operation and  for the development of New website project.

Our answer is simple: To protect our independence and safeguard press freedom. We serve & Protect NRIs worldwide

More than 100 NRIs are supporting the growth of quality journalism on all platforms and plans to educate the various segments of the NRI community, about citizen’s rights and responsibilities for intra/inter community relationships.

“This is the best way to give back to our NRI Community and be proud of our heritage,” said Gary Singh Grewal. “We encourage NRI second generation to participate in organizing community events/activities, help NRI Seniors, involve in NRI News Media and local Politics.”

He further added, “It's important to keep journalism strong in NRI community. I think journalism is so fundamentally important to NRI society and one billion Indian people in India to communicate with NRIs worldwide. Freedom of expression is a universal human right and we as NRIs resists any special controls on the press.”

The average NRI says, “We must protect our independence and safeguard press freedom. In a democracy, all NRIs must believe and support the media organizations which operate the quality journalism.

Our NRIpress.club opens philanthropic avenues to fund the NRIpress's journalism by sponsoring news, help NRI Senior and  NRI community events/activities.

For example, a donor can give money to sponsor news, to endow an investigative-reporting team, support coverage of NRI Functions, NRI video weekly hot topics and expansion of NRI Network worldwide.

Through our team, local NRIs will able to press release for NRI community events or like to express their inside desires or feelings  or experience to help NRI community, 2nd generation  or NRI problems in India through our weekly press release. Technology has changed everything including Journalism. We need to be able to gather information, able to think and tell a story, rest of the press release will be done by our Journalism team.
