Jay Goyal:
Jay Goyal graduated with a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering
with a concentration in Business Management from Northwestern
University in Evanston, Illinois.
He was active in the American Society of Mechanical Engineers,
serving as Vice President, the Undergraduate Leadership
Program, the Budget Committee, where he was the Chairman,
and the South Asian Student Alliance, participating in many
cultural events. Goyal also served on a review board with
the Executive Vice President of Yale University and the
Vice President of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology
that evaluated Northwestern's Office of the Senior Vice
President of Business and Finance.
Goyal interned at General Motors Corporation and the National
Cooperative Business Association. Additionally, Goyal has
passed the United States State Department's Foreign Service
Written Exam.
Jay Goyal was born and raised in Mansfield, Ohio and graduated
from Lexington High School where he was elected class president
for four years.
Jay's father, Prakash, is the founder and President of
Goyal Industries. His mother, Kiran, is an investment advisor
with KeyBank and McDonald's Investments. His sister, Anjali,
lives in New York and works at a non-profit that promotes
Asian-American literature. In his spare time, Jay enjoys
spending time with family, socializing with friends, and
following developments in domestic politics and foreign
affairs.
