Mandeep Singh Dhaliwal was born in Ludhiana,
Punjab and migrated to Canada with hi sparents
at a very young age of 3 and a half years.
He is well known through out the Community
as his father Beant Singh Dhaliwa is a well
established businessman and owner of Dashmesh
Auto & Body Shop. He has also been helping
the community with his father, wheather it
be helping in community fundraisers or helping
seiors or new immigrants get settled in the
area. Mandeep S. Dhaliwal is now running as
a City Councilor from Wards 9 and 10 in the
city of Brampton.
He believes that the youth and seniors are
being neglected and that the taxpayers dollars
are not being utilized properly and are not
being worked back into the community. As a
candidate for the city councillor position
he feels that understanding the south asian
people in these 2 wards is a must as they
make up for about 75% of the population. He
also believes that a younger more energetic
person is needed to represent these wards
so that we can keep our youth on track and
way from drugs so that they can still keep
their culture intact.
