Gunfire at Sikh Gurdwara at Tracy/California
was due to family shooting at squirrels

Tracy City was on alert when  "bullets flying around a Gurdwara" reached on last Friday,  the sheriff's office told media. San Joaquin County Sheriff received calls around 6:30 pm reporting a person was shooting from a property off Hansen Road in the direction of the Gurdwara off Grant Line Road.

Three Hispanic male adults were cited for negligent discharge of a firearm and 5 firearms were recovered; 3 rifles and 2 handguns. Tracy police officers detained five people.

San Joaquin County Sheriff investigate and discovered a few family members were shooting at ground squirrels.

No injury was reported, but windows of cars were shot out
