Sarbjit Mann appointed  president of California Chapter of  Indian National Overseas Congress [I]

Sarbjit Mann of Los Angeles has been appointed  president of California Chapter of  Indian National Overseas Congress [I] USA by S. Partap Singh Bajwa president Punjab Pardesh  Congress Committee on June 8, 2013 at the function in Connecticut, USA.

" I am very thankful to Partap Singh Bajwa  and other office bearres for  giving me such a important responsibility," Sarbjit said. " I am honored to serve as President of California chapter and in this capacity, I look forward to pursuing to  complete installation of its office bearers which will be done by calling a meeting of respected community members from all over California in next few weeks."

Few weeks back, Partap Singh Bajwa president Punjab Pardesh  Congress Committee was in Washington area and started to recruit NRI candidates who will help in coming Lok Sabha elections which is less than a year away.

India propose to facilitate, encourage, promote NRI's engagement, recognise and value the important role being played by Indian communities living abroad. Now educated politicians believe that NRI (Indian diaspora) has much more to contribute to the building of modern India.

Sarbjit Mann is sincere, honest, loyal, enjoy good conversations, a great listener and very down to earth type of a person. He lives in Corona (40 miles away from Los Angeles Airport). He moved to USA 33 years ago and successful business enterprenuer in  medical profession. 

"Since 1980, I am serving NRI community  through non profit organizations," Sarabjit said. " At presenly I am organizing eye camps and working on environment projects like planting trees at various places in Punjab."
