             Sukhminderpal Grewal,    BJP leader nominated National Joint 
             Secretary of FAIPT
             New Delhi, May 30, 2010 
            Bharatiya Janata   Party Leader Sukhminderpal Singh    Grewal is nominated National Joint Secretary of FAIPT, Federation of   All    India Petroleum Traders, he will also incharge for North Zone in   India. The    second nomination is of Mr. Ajay Bansal as National General Secretary   of    FAIPT. This announcement is made by Mr. Ashok Badhwar National   President,    FAIPT. Today in a meeting at Hotel Oberoi Maiden, Civil Lines near    Delhi Vidhan Sabha Assembly 
            Mr. Ashok Badhwar   also wecome    and announced that in his New Office Bearers Team which was declared   as    wining Candidate by Hon’ble High Court New Delhi. As Hon’ble    Courts Result National President told that Mr. Pasupati Matta, B.N.   Shukla,    Mr. Baba Sahib Dhumal, Mr. Ajay Singh, Mr. M. Prabhakar Reddy, Mr.   Gyan    Aggarwal, Mr. Anil Bijlani, Mr. Anurag Narayan will be National Vice    President and Mr. T.s. Anand will be Treasurer. Mr. Ashok Badhwar also   thanks    for cooperation extended him and his colleagues in the smooth conduct   of    Elections and the various Offices of Federation of All India Petroleum    Traders held in New Delhi on 6th February 2010. He said   that it    was the first time that the Elections of FAIPT were held under the    supervision of Hon’ble High Court New Delhi. Mr. Ashok Badhwar said    that fellow my colleagues  in the Election Committee join me in    expressing their sincere gratitude for the kind cooperation extended   by all    without which we can’t imagine how we could have done our Duty to the    satisfaction of all.  Mr. Ashok Badhwar said that as per directions of    Hon’ble High Court New Delhi after the Elections the Ballot Box was    taken by the Observer appointed by the Hon’ble High Court New Delhi.    The Observer had been directed to tabulate the Results without   Disclosing the    same to anyone and give it in sealed cover to the Hon’ble High Court    New Delhi. Mr. Ashok Badhwar told that on 28th April 2010    Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sunil Gaur before whom the case came up for the    Hearing in the Hon’ble High Court New Delhi passed the Order and    Declared the Result.
