Duncan, Eminem Impersonator gets Life in Prison
for murder of NRI, Jagdip Najran

NRI, (non-resident India), a final year Law student, Jagdip Najran, 26, was murdered on May 13, 2004 by Duncan, 21, of Bethnal Green, east London.

Duncan, a fan of US rapper Eminem, had the same tattoos as the rap star and had been performing his songs at a karaoke bar in London on the night of 13 May 2004. Najran met Duncan at a karaoke bar and was smitten with him after watching him perform. Duncan took Najran back to his apartment May 13, beating her over the head with an iron baseball bat until she fell unconscious. He then stuffed her body into a suitcase and left the apartment. She stayed alive for at least an hour after being struck, according to Medical experts report. Duncan fled to Blackpool, where he was later arrested.

Duncan told police that he was high on Ecstasy and LSD at the time of the killing. In Eminem's music video of the song ``Stan,'' an obsessive fan ties up his girlfriend, throwing her in the trunk of his car and driving it over a bridge. He had also dyed his hair blond to look like Eminem. Duncan drank and took drugs, and have a personality disorde
