The Consulate General of India in Los Angeles will host a flag-hoisting ceremony on 15 August 2026 to mark India’s 80th Independence Day.

The ceremony is scheduled from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Consulate General of India, 707 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 4500, Los Angeles, California.

The event will bring together members of the Indian-American community to celebrate India’s independence and promote the spirit of unity, patriotism and shared cultural heritage.

Attendees have been invited to participate in the national celebration and join the Consulate in commemorating this important milestone.
