The adoption within family should be first excluded
from this new laws
without any delay. The new rules have taken the rights
of individuals
and added more bureaucratic procedures, which is not
going to help the
adoption.
The new changes should also be made for all NRI's
regardless of their
citizenship and not just the Indian Passport Holder's....Harish
