More than 2500 people that attended the Diwas at Gurudwara Walnut, near Los Angeles on November 9, 2007

   
Sangat enjoyed the presentation of FIREWORKS done in the parking lot of the Gurudwara by professionals.

Famous Raagi Jathas of Bhai Sarabjeet Singh (Hazoori raagi jatha Darbar Sahib Amritsar), Bhai Pal Singh Paras of GangaNagar and Hazoori Raagi Jatha Bhai Raghbir Singh performed melodious kirtan on the occasion

15 different stalls very nicely decorated with individual tents

There were 15 different stalls very nicely decorated with individual tents and lighting during the event that were serving Indian sweets, and Indian snacks like Golgappa, Dahi Bhalla, Chholle Puri, Paneer Pakora, Aloo Tikki, Chholle Bhature, Afgani Macaroni Noodles,Papri Chaat, Bombay Bhel Puri, Vegetable Pakora, Fruits, Ice Cream, Chana Samosa, Jalebi Milk just to name few and Guru ka Langar was served to the sangat. Free toys were also distributed to the kids.
