We have better work to do, a better mission to deliver to the world. By Mahatma Gandhi
We, the Gandhi International Institute for Peace, condemn the violence, violation of territorial sovereignty, the willful destruction of people's lives, livelihoods and communities, and human rights violations occurring as a result of Russia’s military invasion of Ukraine. We stand in solidarity with the people of Ukraine and peaceful protestors everywhere, especially in Russia.
We call for an immediate cessation of this act of war and call on all global leaders to press for a peaceful resolution. We extend our gratitude towards those who are providing humanitarian assistance to Ukrainians in need.
