750 Patients Treated Under Free Eye Camp Organised by a NRI Jasminder Dhillon in Lande Village, Punjab

Eye Camp was sponsored by Jasminder Singh Dhillon of Los Angeles, California, at Lande Village, Distt Moga, Punjab. The Moga SSP, I.K.Yadav was a chief Guest at opening ceremony of this camp on Nov. 15, 2007. Mr. Yadav said he is very happy to see NRIs who are helping people in India and did not forget their mother-land and their ancestors.

More than 750 patients were treated for prevention of eye diseases and proper care of the eyes in order to ensure better and lasting eye-sight. 37 got operation and 400 eye glasses were provided to needy patients free of charge

Jasminder Singh Dhillin, well-known philanthropist and entrepreneur said we like to do more camps in 2008 with more efficient way. The village people who do not have access to qualitative Eye care service suffer from the problem of poverty and blindness
