Hola Mohalla, also called Hola, is a three-day long Sikh festival which normally falls in March- April. It takes place on the second day of the lunar month of Chett, usually a day after the Hindu spring festival Holi but sometimes, coincides with it.

Hola Mohalla is a big festive event for Sikhs around the world.  At the langar, volunteers work to feed visitors in symbolic equality. The love and devotion in serving people through the langar, is as old as Sikhism, and all believers spend time in sewa , helping out at the langars.

During Hola Mohalla, the langar spreads delight, With samosas, pakoras, and bhature, a tempting sight. Jalebis swirl in sweetness, as ice cream cools the air, A feast for all, with love and care to share.
