Associates, consulting firm is honoured

to ne certified by (IAOP), the International Association
of Outsourcing Professionals among the first 15 outsourcing
professionals in the world.

field of Information Technology and Business Process
outsourcing with a special emphasis on offshore
advantages for outsourcing. His hands-on experience
in establishing outsourcing practice for some of the
worlds largest professional services companies,
especially qualify him as our keynote speaker",

His experiences include one of the largest Financial
Services companies, a multi-billion dollar IT services
provider, a small financial transaction service provider
just entering the BPO marketplace and a software company
specializing in tools for outsourcing. Additionally,
Jag has served as CIO of Carrier Corporation, a $9B
company.
Prior to joining Carrier Corporation, Jag was a Partner
in Pricewaterhouse Coopers responsible for Business
Process Outsourcing (BPO) in the Technology and Communication
industry group. At PwC, he was responsible for the
largest BPO deal recorded to date- Nortel Networks
outsourced its Human Resources and Procurement functions
to PwC under a $630M (5 year) agreement
