  Raj Sehgal and his brother-in-law Sanjeev Mehan led a management buyout of South Shields-based fashion outfit Visage Holdings, which employs 400 people around the world and boasted a turnover of £114m in the year to March 2005. The family also owns Visage Retail, which supplies brands of sporting kit to major retailers. They also hold various property interests. Fashion followers complete major buyout
