You can learn many time management techniques adopting time management system and many of your problems will gradually disappear. If you know how you can manage your time, then you must look inside yourself and find out your personal situation. Such obstacles may be the primary reasons why you procrastinate, having difficulty in saying no, delegating the responsibilities or making Time Management decisions. Sometimes we plan more activities to be performed beyond our personal capacity, which may prove to be a problem and create stress to your mind. So it will always be better to limit the activities and strict to your personal capacity.

2.Recognize your personal signs of Stress.

Stress is caused due to personal attitudes or behavior with others and different people show their stress in different ways. Some people loose concentration, some will blow up and others may get very forgetful. Many people are very good at their work place and feel no stress, but their home life is full of tension and stress all the time. It is always better to know your signs of stress and try to analyze the situation and control that in future. One of the solutions for such a problem is to tell your friend or very close family member and ask him/her to check him every week how you are doing.

3.Arrange a Coach.

Your supervisor or your boss on the work place can be your good coach and in your family anybody who understand your nature can serve your best coach. So coach can give you much better suggestion at such a critical situation than anybody else at work or in family life.

4.Habit to delegate.

It is always better to share your responsibilities with others, but depending on the person about his/her capabilities to do that work up to your satisfaction. Delegating is giving the responsibility and authority to carry out the task by others. You are to maintain the accountability to get the work done, but you let others decide how they will do the work themselves. Delegation of work is the skill to learn, because you are to see whom you are going to delegate the work and whether he/she will be able to carry out task within the scheduled time. You must learn the skill of delegating the work to others.

5.Communicate maximum.

You must have come across one or two persons in your life who are honest and sincere towards you. It will be better to hold regular meetings with the staff on your workplace and try to communicate to them about your planning and how to achieve the target in that area. A common problem with most of the people is that they are not in a position to communicate what is in their mind and also not regular in such type of meetings. There is something to communicate, even if to say that all things are going well and then share the views of every one present in that meeting. Sometimes the supervisor/boss assume that the people working under him/her know as much as is required. One of the first bad sign of any trouble in an organization is the communication gap in every area.

6.Recognize what is important from what is Urgent.

One of the major problems everybody is feeling in his/her daily activities is to decide about the important or less important activity to be performed at the fixed time. To decide about what is important, rather than what is urgent depends upon the situation of the activity at that time. Urgent phone calls, sick employees, lost paperwork, disagreement between two parties all seem to crop up suddenly and demand immediate attention. It happens sometimes that your day responds to one crisis after another. As you gain experience of your life, you quit responding to the crisis and instead response to the problem that causing the crisis. You can plan for employees on leave or fallen sick, similarly you develop a proper filing system to keep track of your paperwork. You always learn basic skills in conflict management from these daily problems. Most important, you are to recognize that management is a process, so you never really finish your To-do list, but your To-do list help you keep track of the events important and urgent.

7.Recognize accomplishments.

Every body tries to solve the problems in their daily life. One solves one problem and then quickly moves to the next. It is always better to reward oneself after accomplishing one problem and then start attempting the next one. Most of the activities in our daily life are the repetition and few of them may be complicated one, so accomplishment of these types of activities needs special reward for the individual
