TECHNIQUES FOR ACTION

1.Concentration of Mind.

Our brain is the Master computer of our body. It is well known that brain cells like other body muscles; need regular exercise to keep healthy and working. There is a certain area in the brain, which controls all the other parts of the brain. Mind passes on the ideas to the brain, and the nervous system of the brain come into action within seconds. To concentrate effectively you are to sustain your attention for a longer time and without any outside distraction. It will be much better to maintain emotional balance during this period to concentrate for a longer period on one project in hand.

2.Try to know what


motivates you. Most of the intellectuals, businessmen know what makes them to know the correctness of the idea. They know what it takes to get the creative thinking flowing.
They know how to bring their passion and create the energy needed for the project. They make their self-assessment what they enjoy and what motivates them and then find opportunity to avail the chance. Motivation of one’s mind is very important and useful for completion of any type of work or project in hand.


3.Self-confidence.


Self-confidence is very important part of our mental ability, which reflects assessment of our self-worth. It plays important part in the area of Self-management. Self-confidence permits you to take all types of risks in life, as you have enough confidence in your own abilities to be sure that you can put the wrong things to right. Self-confidence is developed by doing the things, which your mind does not like to do. As you want to get up early in the morning at 5.00 A.M, but your mind opposes such action, but your confidence helps you in this respect.


4.Have a strong desire


towards action. Planning and creating situation is essential for action. When the right time comes to act, then the performer goes for its full action. This type of person is aware of how much time they devote to complete the job, and he feels pride of such action and feels very much satisfied from his success. If you have thought something in your mind, and then you put that idea into action, such repetition will boost your activity of action and success.


5.Meditation.

Meditation will help to reduce the agitation of mind and bring it to calmness and peace, which is important for healthy mind and body. Meditation also helps to develop mindfulness and clear wisdom, which enables one on the right path. A concentrated and peaceful mind enables one to analyze and solve the problem correctly and in a precise manner. To perform meditation, you are to sit in a quite and calm place in any position comfortably and concentrate all your powers at the center of the body near to navel level. Start feeling strongly that all the energy is now at one place and can be utilized the way I will guide my mind.

6.Use your happiness


and love for life. High achievers in life always wish they new early on that success and happiness not something “out there” in the future. Success is moving towards the goal while being content and grateful for what you have to day. Use your happiness and love for life as springboard for even more success every day in future. Suck your dreams with gifts you have given now and don’t put happiness off until something “ better” than before knocks your door.

7.Habits.

We change ourselves and our environment to attain maximum comforts of life. It is the effort that goes into these adaptive processes that forms habit. The habit can be in good sense and it can be in a bad sense. The habit is intended to prevent us from constant experimenting and risk taking in our daily life. Actually when we get used to something, we get used to follow that habit. In the object of the habit we see a part of our history.

8.Use success to boost your courage.

You must celebrate your large and even small victories achieved by you with your hard work. It will boost your confidence and help you to be successful in even hard tasks. Peak perfumers do celebrate all types of successes in their life. They seek opportunities to reinforce their efforts so that they are continuously motivated and stay on track to perform at higher levels with high risks involved.

9.Realise that life is a Do-It-Yourself Project.

Most of the successful people in life don’t wait for anyone help them, or to train them. They of course seek help as needed, but first and foremost they take on pledge “ I must help myself first approach to life”. They realize that success begins and ends with them, and that they must take the initiative in helping themselves first. In learning driving you are to get little training and then you are to do it yourself to be a successful driver.

10.Life is short, so take full advantage of this.

Life is unpredictable and is of short span. It is to be lived to day, in the present. The most of the peak performers carries a continual sense of morality around to remind them from time to time that every second of life is precious and so we should utilize it up to the maximum. It will be the best effort to change every second of life into success of your activities and completion of your goals in life.

11.Always get ready to act.


Successful people in life are mentally prepared all the time to avail the chance, and put all efforts into action to achieve the target. They purposely take time before any “ act” to mentally, physically and also emotionally get ready so that they can operate optically for that special moment. It is always better to plan the thing to do and act immediately on your final decision, which is planned earlier.


12.Use written journal of your goals of life.

To sharpen self-awareness and to keep in touch on the track it is always better to write the journal about your achievements. These type of written statements with the mistakes committed in the past to achieve the set goal and the objectives will pay in future to take care such type of errors which will save the money and time on the final project. It will be better to keep it as a private document, to re-energize and re-focus your future planning.

13.Responsibilities.


If you are a student, then you are responsible for the submission of home assignments, regular in attending the classes and paying respect to your teachers. Suppose you are an employee in any organization, then you are responsible for the completion of daily activities, obeying the orders of the senior staff and issuing proper instructions to the staff working under you. Prioritizing of activities is very important function of being organized. It is another method, which puts you in control of your responsibilities towards your work in the organization.

14.Self – awareness

People are viewing a blurred picture those who are passing their day just like a racecar driver. You cannot slow down to see the new opportunities. This does not mean to move slowly, but to create mental state of mind, so that you have clarity over the day. You can create this clear focus by starting the day and each activity with time and clear purpose. Most of the successful people are aware of the peak time of the day for their performance.

15.Understand yourself and stop Procrastination.

Best performer decide to have the mental discipline it takes to make decision, to hold themselves accountable and also minimize the number of tasks that they forget about. If you ignore something you must do is actually a decision you made not to do it. They assess in reality what is possible and note down these tasks in there ‘ To do Diary’. Identify your causes of procrastination and start fighting with them from now. The most important skill to learn is the ability to beat procrastination and laziness in your life.
