Farah Damji, the former editor of Another Generation
magazine, will appear at Blackfriars Crown Court on
22nd September.
She was due to appear in court on Tuesday 6th Sept.
According to court officials however, the date had
been put back at the request of the defence.
She last appeared in court in July. As AIM reported
earlier, she was arrested in May this year on a variety
of charges.
The presiding judge has a put gagging order put on
the case because of outstanding charges. AIM therefore
cannot reveal details of the trial.
Imran Khan and Solicitors, made famous during the
Stephen Lawrence trial, confirmed that they were representing
Damji, when asked, at her last court appearance in
July.
