After 30 minute meeting's marriage, no divorce and my life in this legal limbo

I am searching for advice about my legal options. I married an Indian national two years ago but because of incompatibility I returned to Canada alone. My wife is bitter and not willing to give me a divorce. What are my options for legal separation or divorce?

There must be some legal recourse for those fools like myself who made a mistake marrying someone in India after a 30 minute meeting. Am I doomed for the rest of my life in this legal limbo?

Any help is appreciated.

Our Opinion: First of all you and your parents are responsibe for this . She is bitter because under pressure of culture, she has no place to go. If you did a mistake, why she has to suffer. You must pity on her.

  • One solution is you must make a settlement out of the court. For your wrong decision, you must pay the price
  • If you smart, you should sponsor her. Let her come here, if you are unable to along with her then devorce

There is no international law to solve this. Actually UNDER FRAUD, YOU ARE WANTED IN INDIA,
