run from a house in Nanakpura in south Delhi. The illegal exchange

telecom company to provide Indians in Germany cheap international

Crime Branch, along with officials of Department
of Telecommunications, MTNL and VSNL raided the house and found that
60 telephone lines were being used. Ranbow Christian Academy had hired

Luthra. Police arrested Narender Paul (35) and Kapli Gupta (32).
The exchange was owned by NRI William Dean
