NRI director is K. RAJ SRIVASTAVA who's movie YEH KAHAN AAGAYE HUM is much like a Yash Chopra film then a Pysu Dinker Pandey film of AMERICAN DESI. K. Raj Srivastava's next project is a mix of HEAT, COLLATERAL, and MIAMI VICE using NRI actors and a first action film with intesen mordern day crime plot set in Los Angles. This film will start production in January 2007.

Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum is based on the budding romance of Rahul Jay Verma (Kapil Raj) and Neha Chopra (Roopashree Jeevaji) when they meet each other on a hill station in Colorado. Neha is on a business vacation with her husband Arjun Chopra (Amit Gill) and Rahul is soul searching and in search for his perfect love which he believes will come to him one day. When Neha and Rahul’s path meet one day , a bond is formed between them of a deep and respective friendship while Arjun also dissolves his hand in Rahul’s friendship.

As the two spend time with each other, Rahul starts to notice some unfriendly differences between Neha and Arjun, and tries to investigate the issue further. Later he finds out that Arjun is a very tough husband and has never given a enough respect to the innocent Neha. Rahul decides to take charge and becomes a close friend to Neha who has no family or friends in The United States since she has come here.

Together, they find a whole lot of similarities and likes. One day Neha opens her heart to Rahul and tells him a very cherished secret. He passes on that same secret to his adopted kid sister Promila Verma (Anji Singh) and his father Naredra Verma (Sunny Singh) after sacrificing his friendship and companionship with Neha Chopra as they distance themselves from one another. Rahul’s father Naredra gets worried about Rahul’s emotional status and sets him up with Promila’s music teacher Sonali Bachchan (Gunjan Nanda) who has always been in love with Rahul and knew everything about him even without ever meeting him. Anand Bakashi (Ashish Wahi) is good friends with Neha Chopra and one of the biggest business tycoons in The United States and England who comes to
help her in her down time.

Will Sonali and Rahul stay together after marriage or will Neha come back into his life sometime with the help of Anand or will Arjun become a huge wall in Neha's path to find true love.
