On Your Way to Eternal Life!
We don’t need to impress each other- feelings are universal, making us share the same basic needs. I cry, smile, hurt and celebrate the same way you do. I would follow you for the rest of my life; if you are willing to walk my path-a path of vision, mission and purpose for eternal life. You and I know that the duration of our lifespan is uncertain; the young can die before the old, and the healthy before the sick- let’s ripen our inner potential purely, without staining our efforts with attachments to worldly concerns.Knowledge and wisdom would accomplish very little without character. Invest and stand firm by those who are hungry and thirsty to listen, to learn, to apply, and to become their full potential. Many would be indifferent or even enemies of this intensive training for the soul- so, let it be. Time is always your best friend. Time shows you, who is who and what is what. And even though, time might provide you with the opportunity to awaken your consciousness just before your last breath- it might be very painful, then, to realize that you wasted precious time.
Love thy enemies, because they keep you focus. Forgive and have mercy for those who stand in your way, because they magnify your greatness. Be brave and strong to defend just convictions, deeds and people, because they are instruments of God. By being a coward, circumstantial, and indifferent, you increase the bardos to eternal life. You will not be saved by going with the flow, to protect your comfort zone, status quo, social class, or tangibles- success and glory can only be attained by those who dare to tear down the walls of hypocrisy, falsehood, and corruption.
What if you lost everything in the process? Ah, look at the birds across the sky, their vision is so high, they don’t bother with what or where they shall eat- they know that the universe will provide. Am I a dreamer? Not at all- I believe in discipline and hard work. However, performing daily duties got to have a greater purpose than supporting basic needs or empowering your comfort zone. A title, a position, money and assets, are just a channel to make a difference on your way to eternal life. But, even if you possess none of the above- you always have the richness of your heart to share.
Bend just enough to give a helping hand; to bring to your level those who are ready for it. Otherwise, stay away from them- far from helping them- you might contaminate your heart and your mind. Someday, when they are ready for the change- they will come across your path- then, be ready to embrace them to the light. Ignorance and darkness are contagious-walk away from that. Surround yourself with goodness, knowledge, and wisdom- it is the only way to shine…and when you become a shining star, you are ready to defeat ignorance and darkness on your way to eternal life!
