Vancouver businessman Ripudaman Singh Malik will not
testify in his own defence at the Air India bombing trial.
His lawyers called their two final witnesses
on Monday, and will wrap up Malik's defence when they make their closing
arguments later on Tuesday.

In all, Malik's lawyers called fewer than
a dozen people to testify in his defence a defence that took
just a month.
The prosecution took more than a year to
lay out its case in the 1985 airliner bombings.
